Catch missing Korean customs codes before the parcel is held

Reads the code Shopify already collects
Shopify's Korea checkout asks the customer for a PCCC. The app reads that field (and note attributes from other checkouts) on every order shipped to Korea — no extra form for the customer.
Format check plus the fields customs compares
P + 12 digits, with lower-case, spaces, hyphens and full-width digits tolerated. Since February 2026 Korean customs also matches the recipient's name, phone and postal code against the code's registration, so the app flags a missing or non-Korean phone and a postal code that is not 5 digits. A 10-digit business registration number is shown as a business import, not an error.
Order tags
pccc-ok, pccc-missing, pccc-invalid or pccc-business on each order, replaced when the status changes and never touching your own tags. Filter orders in Shopify admin or use the tags in your fulfilment flow.
Customer request email
When the code is missing or invalid, an email in Korean and English asks the customer for it, with reply-to set to your store. Off by default; one email per order and at most one reminder after 7 days.
Korea orders in one list
Only orders shipped to Korea, with the code, the check result and what to fix. Copy the code for the carrier's label or export the list as CSV.
Nothing stored
Orders are read from Shopify at the moment of the check and the code is never saved on our servers. Only your settings, a monthly counter and an access log are kept.

This app checks the format of the customs code and the presence of the contact fields. It does not verify with the Korea Customs Service (UNI-PASS) that a code exists, is unexpired or belongs to the recipient. The app is not affiliated with the Korea Customs Service or any carrier; the merchant is responsible for the shipment data.
